Injection Technology Limited (Hong Kong) is an ISO 9001:2000 certified and privately-owned plastic components (OEM) injection moulding (tooling design and tooling processing) company located in Shajing Town, Bao An District of Shenzhen, China. Injection Technology specializes in plastic components production, and design and manufacture of high-quality plastic injection tooling, overmould, two shot mould and injection moulded parts for domestic and international customers.

The company is managed by a group of professionals with over 25 years of experience in tools design, plastic moulding technology and quality control. Injection Technology strategically combines proven expertise and a keen understanding of customers’ needs along with modern and highly versatile technology, the company can provide plastic injection and high-quality plastic injection tooling, all machined precisely to customers’ specifications. The company’s factory covers over 5000 square meters and occupies more than 200 employees. The company has the ability to produce an annual output capacity of more than $50 million.

Injection Technology Limited was first established in 1985 in Hong Kong. Since that time, the Company’s scale, scope, geographic spread and product diversification have been transformed through a combination of growth projects, operational improvements and quality management.

Injection Technology’s primary strategic aim is to provide a cost efficient solution for all customers in order to create a situation that will benefit all parties.

Health and Safety Commitment

The company understands that all staff and workers are an invaluable asset of the company. In order to provide good working conditions for workers, especially for production during summer, the company has installed air-recirculation system in its new facility accessible to each injection moulding machine.

Injection Technology is also committed to providing a safe and efficient workplace with zero injuries to staff, workers and visitors.
