Factory Overview
The new facility is located in Shajing Town, Bao An District of Shenzhen, China. It provides great advantages for domestic and international customers with its geographic location. The new facility consists of a block of heavy industrial building along with high performance privately owned electric power supply. The new facility has a manufacturing area of over 60,000 square feet.
The company is currently structured into three main divisions:
- Injection Moulding
- Tooling Design and Processing
- Assembly & Fabrication
The company owns top quality plastic injection moulding machines, with 38 sets of Japanese advanced and precision injection machines ranged from 20T to 650T. The company also owns various Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) for tooling processing.
Based on advanced manufacture engineering and tooling capability, Injection Technology provides solutions for customers including product design, tooling fabrication, injection moulding, secondary operations and assembly. The company offers a single source access to a full array of superior services for all customers. Injection Technology will strive to provide cost efficient solution and produce more high quality products in order to create a situation that will benefit all parties.

Water Efficiency
At Injection Technology, water is used efficiently through an onsite water recycling tower providing recycled water for all injection moulding machines.
Energy Efficiency
Lighting
The lighting system at Injection Technology is designed to reduce energy use while maintaining appropriate lighting levels. The highly efficient light fittings are used for the entire plant in order to perform the maximum energy reduction.
Ventilation System
New ventilation (air-recirculation) system has been installed in our new facility accessible to each injection moulding machine. The ventilation system is designed to provide workers a comfortable room-temperature working environment while minimising on its energy usage. This ventilation system is a highly energy efficient system that can reduce energy consumptions compared to other cooling devices while providing cool and fresh air incoming into the production workshop. This can minimise the outside dusts coming into the factory hence causing quality problems on any manufacturing products.
